Consistent service again

Good value, minor glitch
I switched over to a SIM Only Plan, mostly for the price. The activation process was mostly fine, though the website glitched a bit when I first tried to port my old number, had to refresh and try again. Delivery of the SIM took about 5 days which wasn't super fast but acceptable. The service itself has been solid though, no drops and good coverage on the Optus network. Customer service was helpful when I called about setting up the online account, so that was a plus. Overall, good value for what you pay.
NBN setup was easy
